Cettie was founded on the belief that well designed places have the power to bring people together, spark creativity, and create joyful experiences. At their best, these places become part of a neighborhood’s identity and the rhythm of everyday life.

Cettie blends creative and strategic thinking with disciplined execution to produce projects that are both financially viable and emotionally compelling. We engage as a principal developer, co-GP, or strategic partner, identifying opportunities, defining project vision, and assembling the teams needed to carry each project through execution.

Katie Cettie Steinberg

Katie Cettie Steinberg is a Los Angeles-based real estate strategist and investor. Her experience spans the full project lifecycle, with a focus on large-scale multifamily and mixed-use projects totalling 1,000+ units and $8B in construction value.

She previously served as an Associate Vice President at AECOM, where she worked across strategy, growth, operations, and project management. Select project experience includes the Sun Rose Hotel and Residences, The Grand LA by Gehry, and SoFi Stadium.

Katie is also an adjunct professor of real estate devlopment at UCLA. She holds an MBA and Master’s of Urban and Regional PLanning from UCLA.
